Stay chill. Your replies can end with a signature, in your brand. Here's what it holds, and where it goes.

A signature puts two things together. Your details: your name, title, phone, photo and socials. Your brand: its colours, fonts and logo. Together they make your signature, in one of ten designs.

Your brand's default signature signs your replies from the inbox. It signs your sequence emails too. In a campaign email you design, it's a block you can add. And it copies into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail.

Each brand has one default signature. Its first one is the default. Make another the default, and it takes over. Delete the default, and the newest one takes over. And with no signature at all, nothing is added.

Open one of your brands, then its Signatures tab.

Here's a saved signature, in the brand's colours and fonts. Open it, and the whole design is there.

One switch makes it the brand's default, so it signs every reply and sequence email.

And Copy takes it to your own email app: Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail.

So you make your signature once. It's always in your brand, wherever it goes. And it's on every reply and every sequence email, without you adding it.

That's your signature: made once, in your brand, on every reply. Next up: see how sequences follow up one person at a time. Don't freeze up!
