LISTS & IMPORTS
Bring any list in. Know exactly who's safe to send to.
Upload the spreadsheet you already have. The importer maps every column to a field, picks up again if the upload drops, and verifies every address before your next campaign goes out.

THE PROBLEM
Your list doesn't match the spreadsheet anymore
You export your list from wherever it's lived, a CRM, an events tool, an old platform, and the column names never line up twice. "Email", "email_address" and "Primary Email" all mean the same thing, but most importers don't know that. You end up with three fields doing one job, and a dashboard that gets harder to read with every list you add.
Then the upload itself gives out. Your connection drops at row ten thousand, the tab closes, and now you're staring at a total that doesn't match the file you started with. Nobody can tell you which rows made it in, which didn't, and which got added twice.
None of this is a writing problem or a strategy problem. It's a plumbing problem, and it sits underneath every campaign you try to send until it's fixed.
HOW IT WORKS
From spreadsheet to send-ready list
Five steps, the same every time, whether it's fifty rows or fifty thousand.
Upload your spreadsheet
Any CSV or export works, however your columns are named.
Columns map to fields
The importer matches each column to a field automatically, reusing ones you already have instead of creating duplicates.
An interrupted upload resumes
If the connection drops or the tab closes, the import picks up exactly where it stopped. Nothing re-uploads, nothing duplicates.
Every address gets checked
Each one is verified against its mail server before it can enter a campaign, and matched against anyone who has ever bounced or complained.
Your columns become personalization
Custom fields appear as merge fields in the email editor, ready to use in your next send.
IN DETAIL
What happens to your list, under the hood
Five things your spreadsheet gets the moment it lands.
Any spreadsheet, mapped for you
Upload the file as it is. The importer reads your headers and matches each column to a field, whatever you called it. A column named "company_name" lands on the same field as one called "Company" in your last list, so nothing splits into two fields that should be one.
If a column doesn't match anything you have, it becomes a new field, not a guess bolted onto an old one.
Fields reused, never duplicated
Upload a second list with the same columns under different names, and the importer still finds the field you already built. You end up with one clean set of fields across every list you've ever imported, not a new one every time.
Custom fields become personalization
A column from your spreadsheet, a renewal date, a plan tier, a last purchase, becomes a merge field in the email editor the moment the import finishes. Write once, personalize for every subscriber.
Suppressed everywhere, for good
An address that hard-bounces or complains gets suppressed across the whole platform. It doesn't matter which list you upload it in again, nobody sends to it a second time.
One record, every detail
Open any subscriber and see their fields, every campaign they've received, what they opened and clicked, and whether that open was a real person or a scanner.
WHAT IT MEANS FOR YOU
Your list stops being the bottleneck
Five ways a clean import changes what you can do next.
Send the same day you import
No file wrangling first. Map once, and your list is ready for its first campaign.
See exactly who's engaged
Every subscriber record shows their opens, clicks and whether a human made them, not a scanner.
Nobody gets emailed twice by mistake
Suppression works across your whole account, not per list, so a bounce anywhere protects you everywhere.
Your spreadsheet writes your next email
The columns you already track become the personalization in your next send, no retyping.
No ceiling to plan around
No limit on how many lists or campaigns you run. Add your next list the day you get it.
COMPARED
What a typical import leaves behind
The difference shows up the moment something goes wrong.
A typical list import
- Duplicate fields every time you re-upload
- Upload fails, start again from row one
- Bounced addresses sit in the list forever
- A total that never matches the file
- Columns stay static text
Yeti Outreach
- Reused fields. The same column lands on the same field, every list, every time.
- Resumes automatically. Pick up exactly where the upload stopped.
- Suppressed platform-wide. One bounce or complaint, and nobody sends to it again.
- Triple Verified PLUS. Know who's safe to send to before you send.
- Columns become merge fields. Ready as personalization the moment the import finishes.
QUESTIONS
Lists and imports, answered
The questions we hear most before someone imports their first list.
See every questionCan I bring my existing list?
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet, map the columns, and every address is checked before you send to it.
What if my spreadsheet has strange column headers?
The importer matches each header to a field it recognizes, including ones you've already used on another list. Anything it doesn't recognize becomes a new field, so nothing gets lost or mashed into the wrong place.
What happens if my upload fails partway through?
It resumes exactly where it stopped. You don't re-upload the file and you don't end up with duplicate rows from the part that already succeeded.
Will importing create duplicate fields?
No. The importer reuses a field you already have whenever the column matches it, so "Company" and "company_name" land on the same field instead of two.
What can I see about a subscriber after import?
Open any record and see their fields, every campaign they've received, what they opened and clicked, and whether that open came from a real person or a scanner.
What happens to addresses that bounce or complain?
They're suppressed across your whole account, every list, for good. The CAN-SPAM Act requires an opt-out to be honored within 10 business days; suppression does it automatically the moment someone unsubscribes or complains.
Can I use my spreadsheet columns in my emails?
Yes. Custom fields from your import appear as merge fields in the email editor, ready to personalize your next campaign.
Is there a limit on how many contacts I can import?
No. There's no limit on lists or campaigns, so you can import your next list the day you get it.
