Why your reply-to is verified

Stay chill. When someone replies to your campaign, the reply has to reach you. Here's why your reply-to address is verified first.

To verify an address, the platform mails it a link. Click it, and the address is proven to be yours. Until then, a new campaign can't launch with it.

The check comes at launch, and only there. Creating or saving a campaign is never held up. Launching a new one is checked. And resuming a paused one is never held up, so nothing is stranded.

With the campaign inbox, replies come straight back to your inbox. When every sending domain can take replies, no other address is needed. When one can't yet, the launch names it, and asks for a verified reply-to. And a reply-to you type is always verified.

Your verified addresses are kept here, for your whole account.

Add Email sends the link. Once it's clicked, the address can be the reply-to on any of your campaigns.

So every reply reaches an address that's proven to be yours. The link comes from the platform's own address, never from your domain, which would trip spam filters. And only an account admin can add one.

That's reply-to verification: every reply comes back to you. Next up: see how a sign-up form keeps bots out and checks every address. Don't freeze up!
