Stay chill. Your landing page's form turns a click into a lead. Here's what happens when someone fills it in.
Here's the path. Someone clicks in your campaign email. They land on your landing page. They fill in its form, and bots are kept out. Now they're a lead, linked to the campaign that brought them.
Here's what a submission leads to. It's always kept in Submissions. It becomes a conversation in your inbox, unless you turn that off. It joins a list only if you choose one, and you can ask permission first. And a sequence starts only if you've set one for that campaign's form, and the campaign was sent to them.
A landing page's form appears under Forms by itself. Open one to see its entries and settings.
Entries go to your inbox, each one a conversation you can answer, from the domain that reached them.
Adding them to a list is your choice. By default it's off: they came from your email, so they're already on your list.
Bots are kept out by a hidden trap field, a signed form link, and a limit on how often one visitor can submit.
A form says more than a click, so it makes them a warm lead at once. And every entry is kept, and put in front of you to answer.
That's landing page forms: a click, then a form, then a lead you can answer. Next up: see how an unsubscribe is honoured, everywhere it should be. Don't freeze up!
