Stay chill. When people reply to your campaigns, the replies come back to one inbox. Here's how it's sorted, and what sits beside each one.

Replies to your campaigns, and every form filled in, come here. The address each reply goes to carries its campaign. So it's filed under the right brand and campaign. And it sits beside the person who wrote it.

Open a conversation, and the person who wrote it is right beside it. Who they are, with their clicks, forms and replies. What they did on each of your campaigns. Any sequence they're in, which you can pause, resume or stop. And tasks, for what to do next.

On the left, your businesses. Under each one, its campaigns, pages and forms appear as conversations arrive.

Then choose what to see: what's to answer, everything open, starred, snoozed, done, auto-replies or spam.

And the conversation you choose opens here, ready to answer.

Mail from anyone you never wrote to is never shown here. A reply never stops a sequence: it ends when its emails run out. So if someone needs a pause, you pause or stop their sequence yourself, right from their conversation.
