Stay chill. Everything you do on the platform runs on credits. Here's how they work, which ones go first, and where to see them.

A credit is one unit for all the work you do. Sending an email uses credits. So does verifying a contact. So does writing with AI. And so does each domain you hold, for the time you hold it.

There are two kinds of credit, and they're used in order. Your plan's credits come first, and they refill every month. Then any credits you've topped up, which the monthly refill never resets.

Your usage page shows what's left: the credits remaining, and what you've used of your plan's. The bar fills as your plan's credits are used.

Under This month, what used them: sends, contact verifications, AI generations and domain slots. Below them, your deliverability, and today's use so far.

And Previous months keeps every month before this one, with what each one used.

One unit covers all of it, so there's one balance to see. Your plan's credits are always used first. A top-up is never reset, so what you add stays there until it's used. And credits never stop mail that's already on its way.

That's credits: one unit for everything, your plan's first, then your top-up. Next up: see why your campaigns send from domains of their own. Don't freeze up!
