Upload and clean your list

Stay chill. Let's bring your contacts into Yeti Outreach, and clean them on the way in.

Old lists are full of dead and mistyped addresses. Send to them, and inbox providers start treating all of your mail as suspect.

That's why every address you upload is cleaned on the way in, then checked with its own mail server, before a single email goes out.

Open Lists from the menu.

Press New List.

Give it a name you'll recognise.

Then press Create List.

Now choose your file. A spreadsheet saved as a CSV works, straight out of your old system.

Before anything is saved, broken addresses are dropped, duplicates are removed, and names are tidied up.

Press Continue to mapping.

Your columns are matched for you. Email, first name and last name, ready to go.

Tick to confirm everyone on this list asked to hear from you. Bought or scraped lists aren't allowed: they're the fastest way to the spam folder.

Press Import.

Done in seconds: thirteen rows in, ten imported, two duplicates skipped, and one broken address dropped.

Every import is kept here, so you can always see what came in, and when.

Then every address is checked with its own mail server. The ones that fail will never be mailed.

What's left are the people your campaigns will reach.

That's it. Your list is in, and it's clean. Next up: write a landing page with AI. Don't freeze up!
