Stay chill. Not every open or click comes from a person. One machine, posing as a browser, once clicked for more than a thousand people. Here's how the platform tells people from machines.
Every open and every click is sorted. Someone reading in their mail app: a person. A scanner opening mail the moment it arrives: a machine. A browser that doesn't exist: a machine. One address clicking for different people, minutes after delivery: a machine.
When the platform checked its own numbers, most clicks weren't people. Of every six clicks first counted, about five were machines. Take them out. What's left is the one real person.
Every open and click is checked before it's even written down. Every ten minutes they're checked again, in case a later one gives a machine away. And mail apps are never judged at all.
So your reports count people, not machines. Sequences start for people, not for machines. And every decision you make rests on real numbers.
That's how the platform counts people, not machines. Don't freeze up!
