Stay chill. Replies and form fills all land in one inbox. Here's where it lives, and what it does.

Someone who answers your email or fills in your form wants to talk. Keep every one of them in one place, and none gets missed.

Open Inbox from the menu.

Replies are sorted by business, then by the campaign, page or form they came from.

Nothing has come in yet, so there's nothing to answer.

To answer shows who's waiting on you. The other views keep starred, snoozed, done and spam apart.

Leads lists everyone who has shown interest.

Each stage counts them, from engaged through warm and hot to won.

Leads appear when people click, fill in a form or reply.

Tasks holds the calls and to-dos for your leads.

When one is due, it's listed here.

Settings, top right, decides how replies reach you.

Forward replies to my email sends you a copy of each reply.

If your business has no designed signature, this one signs your replies.

Look up company details adds a lead's company, website and phone.

Change what you like, then press Save.
