Stay chill. Every email you send can end with a signature in your brand. Let's make yours.
A name, a role and a way to reach you tell people a real person wrote to them. Make it once, and it's there every time.
Open Brand presets from the menu.
Open the brand the signature is for.
Then open the Signatures tab.
Signatures are made in the brand's colours, fonts, logo and details.
Press Start from a template.
Open Details to say who it's for.
Type the full name.
Then the job title.
The company and website are already filled in from your brand.
Back on Templates, choose how it looks.
Describe a style here, and AI designs three for you.
Or pick a layout. Each one already shows your details.
Executive sets it in a classic serif.
Switch on In a reply to see it under an email.
The default signs this brand's inbox replies and follow-ups.
Press Save.
Copy takes it to your own email app, too.
Pick your app, or copy the HTML.
Close the designer.
There it is, saved on the brand and marked Default.
That's your signature, made once and ready for every reply. Next up: find and add a sending domain. Don't freeze up!
