Take bookings on your website

Stay chill. Let customers book a time with you, straight from your website.

Every phone call to find a time is a call you could miss. With bookings on your website, customers choose a free time themselves, day or night.

Open Website from the menu,

and open your website.

Open Settings,

then Booking settings.

Switch on Take bookings on this website.

With it on, your website takes bookings at the hours you set below.

Set the hours you take bookings, day by day, and add time off when you're away.

Choose how bookings are made: confirmed straight away, or approved by you, how much notice you need, and when reminders go out.

In Services and team are the services people can book.

Open one

to set how long it takes, its price, and whether it's bookable on the website.

Bookings shows your calendar.

When someone books by phone, press Add booking,

choose the service and a free time, and add their details.

Press Add booking, and they're emailed a confirmation.

That's bookings on your website. Next up: see your visitor accounts and your people. Don't freeze up!
